Customised Service Packages

We offer customised service and support contracts for your medDV applications. Together, we determine to what extent you need support considering your individual situation. In this way, you receive a service package that perfectly suits your requirements.

Furthermore, we make a service level agreement which covers response times, system recovery times, hotline support as well as the type and extent of remote maintenance services. A separate data processing agreement defines the treatment of personal data. By this means, you will reliably fulfil the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
