medDV GmbH has been operating a comprehensive, integrative (quality) management system since 2015, which was first certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in January 2016. Over the years, further harmonised management standards have been added to the overall system. Currently, medDV GmbH has the following certified (quality) management systems:

DIN EN ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is a (quality) management system that enables companies to align their products and services with customer needs and to deliver consistent reliable performance by defining clear business processes.

ISO/IEC 27001

ISO 27001 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving an information security management system. The standard also includes requirements for assessing and handling information security risks according to the individual needs of the company and requirements for implementing suitable security mechanisms to protect all assets in the value chain (products and services). This also includes comprehensive data protection management as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

DIN SPEC 77224

DIN 77224 defines characteristics and requirements for a management system to achieve service excellence and thus customer delight instead of customer satisfaction. This includes, among other things, management responsibility, excellent orientation of resources, avoidance of errors and waste, recording of relevant customer experiences, customer delight through service innovations and much more. DIN 77224 requires quality and complaint management.
