Gunter Ernst

The graduate engineer (FH) for biomedical technology has been a shareholder and managing director of medDV from the beginning. He is responsible for the areas of hardware and software development as well as for sales. Contact with the customer is particularly important to Gunter Ernst. Only in this way can he and his team develop solutions that meet the requirements in the various areas of emergency medical services.

Due to his personal background, he knows the rescue sector from many years of practical experience and is now able to translate this experience into solutions that meet the needs of his customers. Gunter Ernst completed his civilian service with Johanniter and then worked for more than twelve years as a paramedic and HEMS crew member.

Carsten Rausch

medDV founding partner and managing director Carsten Rausch has gained extensive professional experience in rescue services. As a paramedic with the qualification HEMS-Crew Member and as Rescue Service Organisational Manager he was engaged for many years at Johanniter in Gießen. Especially in his function as rescue service manager, he was constantly looking for information to better and more efficiently manage his daily business. However, at that time, he did not have the corresponding applications at his disposal. So he began to build databases himself.

Rausch utilises his many years of professional experience from his time as a Sales Managing Director as well as in project management. This background of experience is honoured by medDV customers. They appreciate Carsten Rausch as a competent partner. With his degree in business economics with a focus on business informatics and health care, Rausch is responsible for the area of finances in the company.
